BOOK NOW vs. ADD TO CART

When your appointment is booked successfully, you will receive immediate appointment confirmation.

If you've completed a payment and did not receive an appointment confirmation or weren't able to confirm a date, an appointment has not been booked. It means you've added your services to the shopping cart and checked out - which converts your purchase to a 'package' that you can book and redeem at anytime. If you meant to book now, simply log back in and book your appointment and it will pull from your paid package.

1. If you are ready to book your service(s)...

Choose BOOK NOW instead of "add to cart". This option allows you to pay a deposit and reserve your date and time. You will receive confirmation.

1. If you would like to select service(s) checkout and then book at a later date...

Select ADD TO CART instead of "book now". Vagaro offers the option to add services, memberships and packages to your cart, check out and book later. This option is best for those purchasing gift certificates and/or services that you wish to book at a later date. *For example; a DAILY DEAL that allows to purchase unlimited or multiple services for the sale price can be purchased by adding to cart and then scheduled at your convenience.
